GM is short for "General Midi". The GM power kit is the default "power" drumkit for MIDI devices. If you have FL Studio you can access it by opening an Fruity LSD plugin in any FX channel then adding a MIDI Out to your generators and setting Channel to 10, Port to 1 and Patch to 17. You can then add extra VST effects to the kit by slotting effects below the Fruity LSD plugin :)
